i used to use maxis when i was 17 until end of last year. the service was good last time but it getting worst nowadays and its too expensive unless to the same operator. moreover the rate is different during the peak hour. now i've been using xpax for student as the rate is damn cheap. its just 10 cent/mint & 1 cent/sms to all celcom num and 15/mint & 7cent/sms to diff operator regardless peak hour. n the balance wont expired untill i reach 25. idup celcom!

well honestly i've been loyal with maxis more then 2 years now the best thing about maxis is thier wap portal...u can get most of everything on maxis...im postpaid user and the plan is tremendous and cheap..most of my family is using maxis..long live maxis...the internet are also user friendly compare with the rest

i think back there was this package for university students. the normal rate is too expensive, why don't Maxis make it a little cheaper for us uni students =]

Digi huh? ;p My brother switch his to another mobile operator. They got catchy advert, but certainly doesn't have a good line. But to compare Maxis with a Celcom, man... depends on the place I guess. I've been to Cyberjaya for fireworks last time, and there's no line available whilst my friend who's using Celcom, they got better coverage (at least got a line compared to me..bummer!) .. Din you facing any problems with Maxis lately? Like losing connectivity or something... Just checking. I am questioning myself right now.

i use maxis almost 10years.maxis sekarang semakin teruk.panggilan masuk tak dapat.keesokan saya dapat msg missed call.kalau ada panggilan urgent macam mana?kadar panggilan yang dikenakan agak tinggi tapi servis yang diberikan amat teruk.khidmat servis yang diberikan melalui telefon amat mengecewakan.harap dapat menaiktaraf servis perkhimatan

Maxis is getting bad to worse. Me and many of my friends no longer receive our reward points even after topping up and we received lots of spam and scam messages like those offering money. The call charges is too high and the so called super savers program just conning mobile users

-give free call for 2 weeks starting the first day of the users birthday.

-make a event that have a lot of fun n enjoyable.

-give free goodie bags when launching the event.

-make a shuffle competition 2 times a year.

Saya harap Maxis dapat buat promosi dgn lebih giat lagi...Dulu ada supersaver, dan amat berkesan sekali perkhidmatan tersebut tetapi sekarang supersaver tidak menarik seperti yang dulu...Dan saya amat berharap sekiranya Maxis dapat menambahkan perkhidmatan atau memperbaiki perkhidmatan Maxis di Pantai Timur dan Kawasan Borneo Malaysia...Kerana rata-ratanya tidak terlalu memuaskan pengguna Maxis disana...

maxis should improves their services. they shouldn't charge for an expensive price when making calls, or when the operator answered it. i hate when making calls, then the operator answer and i check my last balance is deducted for rm1.40. wtf ?

Maxis should increase the bonus given via point reedemption. 100 points for 100 sms perhaps. recently, the bonus given seems to decline the satisfaction of the users. this could be dangerous for the future of Maxis company. Since i have been using Maxis from the year of 2004, i have seen a lot of changing.i believe with experiences, Maxis company can do something better to attract more users and customers.
